[principles of inspection]
The use of colloidal gold immunochromatography detection zone on nitrocellulose membrane (T line) and a control region (line C) coated MTD-BSA conjugates don't dispose of and Goat anti mouse IgG polyclonal antibody, in combination with mat containing MTD antibody gold markers, using competitive inhibition method principle, the qualitative detection of urine MTD. During the detection, if the concentration of MTD in urine is less than 300ng/ml, all MTD antibody markers can not be combined with gold, gold label unbound in the chromatographic process and immobilized on nitrocellulose membrane with MTD-BSA combination, which in the test line (T line) at a purple color; if the concentration of MTD in the urine was higher than 300ng/ml, MTD antibody gold label were all combined, so in the test line (T line) will not appear purple bands. No matter whether MTD exists in the urine, a purple band appears in the control area (C line), purple bands is to determine whether there is sufficient urine, chromatography process meets the normal standard, as well as internal standard reagent.
