Negative (-): two purple red bands appear. One is located in the detection area (T), and the other is in the control area (C). Negative results showed that nicotine concentration in the urine was below the threshold (300ng/mL).
Invalid: the control area (C) does not appear purple red stripe. Indicates that the operation is improper or the reagent box has expired. In this case, the instructions should be carefully read again and re tested with the new kits. If the problem persists, the batch product should be discontinued immediay and contact the local supplier.
Note: the reddish purple band of the detection area (T) appears to be a shade of color. However, within the specified time of observation, regardless of the color of the ribbon, even the very weak ribbons should be judged to be negative.
